We had to wait for our daughter's flight arriving in JFK and this was the best place we had - excellent stuff, good location, good access to beaches and restaurants.

If you are interested in a basic place to stay, and extra amenities are not a concern, then this place should suffice. If you plan on staying any length of time in your room, look elsewhere.

Family with Young Children
I will stay here again. Convenient location and courteous staff are a big plus. TGI Fridays is next door, restaurants, supermarkets, and mega drug stores are within minutes driving distance. LIRR east to seashore attractions or west to NYC is literally at the doorstop to this motel. They are remodeling and upgrading, which will pay off in the end. There are few places to stay on Long Island that are decent and affordable. Try this jewel of a facility. You won't be disappointed.

Traveling as Couple
quiet.
We were very pleased with the hotel. It was very nice, clean, close to the college, quiet and we got a good night sleep. Having the breakfast was also a nice bonus. The manager at check in and check out was friendly and helpful getting us to and from the college. I would definitely stay there again.
